What it’s Like to Work with a Practical Spaces Professional Organizer (From Start to Finish)
Here’s a sneak peak into how easy (& fun) the process is when you (the client) hire us to help you with your organizing project:
1. Message Us
We respond to prospective client inquiries within 24 hours and schedule a free phone consultation to discuss your organizing project at a time that is convenient for you.
2. Phone Consultation
A quick 10-20 min chat about your project, answering any questions and scheduling a first session which is generally 4-5 hours. We may ask you to text photos of your space to help with our planning.
3. Session Day
Organizer(s) arrive on time, caffeinated, and prepared with the tools and equipment that may be required for your specific project.
Sessions are completely tailored to suit your specific needs and the flow is truly unique to each client!
4. Reveal + Wrap Up
The reveal of your newly organized space includes a tour of new layout, any product recommendations, tips on how to keep your new space organized and scheduling of future sessions.
We charge by the hour which includes use of basic supplies (bags, labels,etc), mileage, and donation drop off. No hidden fees.
We also take away a small carload of donations if required.
The photos shown here depict a 5 hour pantry cleaning + organizing session (with one organizer) using only containers the client already owned.
Payment is collected at the end of each session and we accept cash, e-transfer, debit or credit and also provide an invoice if required.
